The new Frigomar BLDC series of air conditioning units are up to 50% more efficient compared to start/stop units. The compressor starts at very slow speeds with no peak current demand and accelerates quickly up to max speed. As room temperature approaches set point the compressor slows down keeping a constant temperature.

The Frigomar SCU24VFD offers a quiet and very compact solution for boat air conditioning. Complete with digital climate control and featuring reverse cycle heating, the Frigomar SCU24VFD will automatically adjust the temperature of the outlet air to compensate for the change from a hot day to a cool night.
