+How do I place an order?
On a product page please select the quantity that you require and press 'add to cart'. Next, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of your screen. Once you have done this click 'check out' at the bottom of the cart summary and follow the checkout process.

Yes, however you will be charged our standard delivery rates which differ to those offered online.

You can use your VAT number when ordering from us however you will need to contact us to place your order.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50, orders under £50 will incure a delivery fee of £4.95 Excl VAT.
Delivery fees for international orders will automatically be calculated at checkout.

+When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day & delivered the next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday for products marked 'Free Next Day Delivery Over £50'.
For all other products please see the delivery time indicated on the product page. We will contact you with an estimated dispatch time for products marked 'Free UK Delivery'.
If you have signed up for an account you will be able to track your order status by logging in and viewing your orders.
Please note that delivery to certain remote areas of the UK can take 2-5 days. For a full list of these areas please see our delivery page.

Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email notification containing a tracking number and the delivering courier. Please visit the courier's website and enter this tracking number.
If you have signed up for an account then you can view your order status by signing into your account & viewing your orders. You will be able to see when your order has been fulfilled along with any tracking information.
