Paguro 16500 Marine Diesel Generators
Paguro 16500 marine diesel generators by Volpi Tecno Energia (VTE).
These 'slow running' marine generators are exceptionally smooth and quiet running, with their state of the art Lombardini engines. Lombardini diesel engines have a unique and innovative injection system; FOCS - Fully Overhead Controlling System (16,500 uses CHD - Compact Heavy Duty version). Each cylinder has its own camshaft driven diesel pump and injector mounted in the cylinder head. The units create extremely low emissions and generate little or no smoke.
They are the only diesel engines to be approved for environmentally sensitive areas without any modification. Of course, this means they won't cover the side of your yacht in black soot and will use less fuel.
