Westerbeke is probably the best known generator and engine manufacturer in the world. Established in 1937, this iconic company is famous for its superb high quality slow running diesel and petrol generators from 3.5 kW to 26 kW and torquey engines - all made in the USA. Their D-NET™ range of diesel marine generators are fully automatic using state of the art Westerlink™ (standard) or NMEA 2000 (optional) canbus communicaton technology, and the petrol generators are 'one-touch' digital automatic. Yet Westerbeke is still the only major manufacturer to offer analogue controlled generator and engine ranges.
