The Studer battery monitor is an accurate and reliable unit for correctly assessing the state of charge of your batteries. Applying Peukerts exponent to the information it receives from the batteries; current flow, voltage and temperature, the SBM-02 battery monitor keeps you accurately informed of your battery's condition allowing you to recharge them in a timely manner and prevent expensive damage occuring as a result of accidental deep discharge. We supply the SBM-02 as a complete kit including the battery monitor, temperature sensor and the connection kit.

Features
Complete Kit
The SBM-02 System Kit is a complete kit that includes all the parts necessary to correctly install the unit. It has an easy to install circular display head and the kit includes a connections kit which has the right type and number of wires in a multi-core harness pre-fitted with fuses. The harness is 20 m long. The system should have a temperature sensor and this is also included, fitted with a 20 m cable. The display head pack includes a 500 A / 50 mV shunt. Shunts of a higher current capacity are available.
Different Voltages
This unit is designed for 12 V and 24 V batteries. The voltage pre-scaler SBM-PS-02 (optional) extends the use of the SBM-02 to 27 - 175 V batteries. If you are using higher voltage DC systems, such as 48 V or 96 VDC, then you simply purchase a pre-scaler kit as well.
