Mermaid Model M-16 - 16,500 BTU system produces exceptional
climate control to vessels with large saloons on sailing
yachts in the 45-50' range and saloons on motor boats
of 40-45' with a large amount of glazing.
This
self-contained unit is available in right, left and
top discharge.

Comprehensive features
Soft-start - essential for keeping
power requirements to a minimum. When in the marina
you won't trip the shore breaker and when using generator
power, your demand will be lower.
Time-delay
relay - particularly useful when more than
one unit is installed in a vessel as it prevents the
compressors all starting at once and putting a high
surge of demand on power.
Reverse
Cycle - powerful heating when sea water is
>10 degrees centigrade.
